We have run two previous surveys since 2018 and our 3rd version is closing soon. Our original aim was to better understand pathways into careers in the cosmetics industry, particularly into the more technical roles. In 2025 we have added questions on apprenticeships, work placements and impact of AI on work. We would love to hear from those aged 18-25 and in their first or second job in the industry.
