Speaker Information


Peter Bailey. Founder of Co Create Partnership which is in independent innovation consultancy that collaborates with people and teams to translate technology into highly distinctive and impactful products and launch them efficiently and effectively into market. Peter trained as an Organic Chemist with both degree and PhD from Newcastle University together with a spell as a post doctoral research associate at Oxford University. He subsequently spent 30 years with Unilever Hair R&D leading the development of new technology pipelines and landing technology in market via a wide variety of regional and global brands. He has also facilitated and led innovation strategy and new product pipeline workshops in Europe, USA, South America and Asia which have resulted in multiple successful product launches around the world. In January 2023 he founded Co Create Partnership, working primarily in the beauty and personal care sector with FMCG companies, ingredient suppliers and third party contract manufacturers to help develop impactful product mixes as well as sharpening their technical communication.













Michael Burnett. Michael has 14yrs industry experience including over 10yrs as a Process and Development Engineer in the manufacturing and commercialisation of PET. This has been followed by >11yrs experience at Innovate UK Business Connect providing advice and assistance to companies navigating the UK innovation funding landscape and helping building project consortia. Areas of interest includes, defossilisation of the chemicals industry, flow chemistry, process Intensification, catalysis, and digitalisation.














Katherine Wright is a UK and European patent attorney at Adamson Jones, part of Gateley. Katherine represents a wide range of clients from individual inventors and small start-ups all the way up to multi-national companies. Katherine manages international patent portfolios, carry’s out clearance searches and provides freedom-to-operate advice, helping clients to realise the value from their developments and to take products forward to market with suitable IP protection in place.  














Maxime Faure Principal Manager at Barentz, specializing in Personal Care for the EMEA market. With a background in product launches, market strategy, and technical expertise, Maxime supports suppliers in navigating the complex world of cosmetic raw materials.
