‘I am delighted to be joining the Cosmetics Cluster UK as a Director and share my lifelong learning and expertise related in particular to Research & Innovation. I am passionate about innovation in personal care, which goes far beyond singular ingredients and touches the health and wellbeing of the society at large. Approaching skincare from many perspectives, as a scientist, clinician and a brand owner, I truly appreciate the importance of deep understanding consumer needs, fast translation of science into products and the benefits of cross-functional knowledge sharing. Cosmetics Cluster UK aims to help highlight the importance of the personal care research and innovation to UK growth, employment and the individual wellbeing of consumers and attract more research, education and investment'.
