IFRA UK, founded in the 1940s, is the respected trade body that represents the UK fragrance industry to policymakers, the media, and the public. It strives to:

• Support the development and advancement of the British fragrance industry

• Promote safe enjoyment of fragrances

• Highlight the benefits of fragrance to health and well-being

  
  

IFRA UK advocates for its membership of over 50 companies and organisations, connecting them to information, programmes, and services that provide an advantage in the marketplace. This includes access to the best technical and regulatory expertise in the industry via IFRA UK’s Technical Advisory Group. Standards are high and all members are required to ensure consumer safety by not only complying with current legislation but also with the IFRA Code of Practice & Standards.

Each year, IFRA UK holds regular information days and seminars, including its Fragrance Forum, an annual highlight for the UK fragrance industry that features expert speakers from around the world.
