Connecting the UK Cosmetics Industry: Innovation, Collaboration and Growth

The latest Cosmetics Cluster UK (CCUK) newsletter is now available, bringing together the latest member news, industry insights and updates from across our growing network.

Following our recent Annual Members' Networking Day at the University of Bradford, we were pleased to share our refreshed mission statement:

"To connect the UK cosmetics industry value chain to accelerate innovation, collaboration and growth through a network of networks."

This statement reflects the role CCUK continues to play in bringing together businesses, researchers, universities, suppliers, brands and service providers from across the cosmetics and personal care sector. By fostering new connections and encouraging knowledge sharing, we aim to create opportunities that strengthen the competitiveness of the UK cosmetics ecosystem.

This month's newsletter also highlights the publication of the British Beauty Council's Value of Beauty 2026 report, which demonstrates the significant contribution the beauty and personal care industry makes to the UK economy. The report reveals that in 2025 the sector generated £28.3 billion, contributed £8.8 billion in tax revenues, and supported more than 595,000 jobs across manufacturing, retail, wellness, aesthetics, marketing and many other parts of the industry.

We're also delighted to welcome Gravel AI as the latest member of the CCUK community, while thanking renewing members 42T, ISCA Cosmetic Testing and Dachser for their continued support. As a membership organisation, the commitment of our members enables us to continue connecting the industry through networking, collaboration and shared expertise.
